We know that pepper has been used as spice since prehistoric times. Black pepper have anti-inflammatory properties. Processing of pepper involves different unit operation such as threshing, drying and grinding. Conventionally threshing is normally done by trembling with legs. Then drying pepper by using sunlight. These processes are taking so much time. Moreover these processes are unhygienic and tedious. So here we are intending to make a “Multi-Purpose Pepper Machine”. Multi-purpose pepper machine consist of three units such as separator, drying and grinding. Farmers can separate the pepper by using the separator section. The main advantage of the separator is that the pepper seed wouldn’t damage. There is a dryer unit for drying pepper by
using electric heater. We also provide grinding unit for making the pepper into powder form.
