Library and Information centre, STM is one of the best engineering college libraries in Malabar. It started its function with a vision to serve the information needs of its users and it mainly holds books related to engineering and allied subjects. The library collection is about 16653 Volumes and 6998 titles

Library & Information Centre provides uncompromising information and intellectual requirements to its students and faculty with a user-friendly approach. It offers a fully integrated and dynamic environment with 150 seating capacity for conducting academic study. Multiple copies ensure that resources are easily available in Reference Section and Stock Section as well. The library has special collections of reading materials for competitive examinations.

The library has been fully automated by using KOHA, Open Access System is followed and Online Public Access Catalog service is made available to all staff and students. The college has an institutional membership with DELNET New Delhi, NDLI and KNIMBUS. Through DELNET, KNIMBUS,staff and students can access more than 5000 above E-books and 1157 E-journals. DDC Classification Scheme is used to organize subjects. Anglo-American Cataloging Rules are used for creating book database in KOHA Software.

A digital library with 30 computer systems is provided to the users to access e-resources such as e-journals, e-books, NPTEL lectures, etc. The support and supervision of the library staff will be available for the digital library users throughout the time.
