Description
This project focuses on the comprehensive planning, analysis, design, and estimation of an indoor stadium at St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology, aimed at enhancing sports facilities and providing a structured environment for indoor games such as kabaddi, volleyball, badminton, and table tennis. The design integrates modern engineering principles to ensure stability, durability, and safety. Precise planning and layout were developed using AutoCAD, 3D visualization was performed with Revit, and structural analysis was conducted in ETABS to evaluate load-bearing capacity and overall performance. The structure features a reinforced concrete framework with a steel roof, designed to withstand various loads while maintaining functionality. The project also incorporates accessibility features, including ramps and designated player areas, promoting inclusivity. Adhering to Indian standards, the planning, analysis, and design processes aim to create a sustainable, efficient, and well-equipped facility that strengthens the sports infrastructure within the institution.
