This project presents the design and implementation of a real-time alert system aimed at enhancing road safety on turns of two-way roads. The system detects overspeeding vehicles approaching sharp or blind turns using sensors and provides immediate alerts to oncoming drivers through integrated communication technology. By notifying drivers of speeding vehicles ahead, especially in areas with limited visibility, the system significantly improves situational awareness and allows for timely reactions to prevent collisions. The proposed solution is expected to reduce accident rates on road curves by minimizing the risks associated with overspeeding and opposing traffic, ultimately contributing to safer driving environments.
