Description

As the global advancement of technology, the development of CNC technology is very rapid, CNC machines have become a major processing equipment of modern manufacturing. Through our project we introduce ASMA CNC which could perform multiple operations such as 3D printing, laser engraving, accurate drawing, etc. and all these processes have a common element of three-axis motion which is the most important part in this machine. At present multiple devices are to be used for 3D printing, laser engraving, plotting, each of these devices are expensive. The multi-functionality of our product enables wider user range and reduced cost and also, we can improve the CNC machine that we have now so the production will be easier and more efficient.

The project emphasizes on the design and development of ASMA CNC machine that not only counts for a cost-effective output but a product that can be used by each and every one. This machine is not just an electronic component but an integration of electronics, mechanical and programming interactions. The main aim of the project is to make a CNC machine available to a common man making this equipment easy to operate and automatically working once the program and specific design is given to the device. The multi functionality of the product enabling wider user range and reduced cost compared to individual products will increase the demand of the product in the market.
