This paper deals with the design, development and fabrication of “MULTI PURPOSE COCONUT PROCESSING MACHINE” named as “NAARIYAL”. This machine is designed for the purpose of multi operations i.e. Coconut dehusking, Cutting,Grating, Grinding and Milk extraction. It consist of mainly seven integral parts: The frame, power transmission, dehusking section, cutting section ,scraping section ,grinding section and milk extracting section.The Machine can be operated efficiently by unskilled labours.
