The developed banana extracting machine is designed for high efficiency. The different parameters such as roller speed, feed angle and clearance between blade and feeding rollers affects the quality and quantity of extracting fibre. We have optimized the design parameters analytically and developed the machine. Thus the developed fibre extracting machine has increased production rate and helps to produce good quality fibres.
