The goal of the heating ,ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system is to create and maintain a comfortable environment within a building . HVAC is also known as central air conditioning offers whole-house or large-commercial-space cooling. Central air conditioners circulate cool  air through a system of supply and return ducts. Supply duct ( ie:, opening in the walls,floors,ceilings covered by grills ) carry cooled air from the air conditioner to the home . This cooled air becomes warmer as it circulates through homes; then it flows back to the central air conditioner through return ducts The design system of  a shopping mall is a complex project with a broad structure .It compresses of number of sectors .Here we see that the formulation of a better duct design network is of prime important. Other important parts of this design are the design of the chilled water flow pipes. Structural design of a diffuser is of a great importance in regard with the comfort point of view. Design of a proper fan fulfill our need for a proper duct system having optimum flow volume rate.
