Machine learning is an application of artificial intelligence (AI) that provides systems the
ability to automatically learn and improve from experience without being explicitly
programmed. Nowadays user’s reviews posted in several sites have become the prime
factor to evaluate and modify services, sentimental analysis of languages has become
essential . Although there exist classifier for foreign languages, there is a lack of
classifier for Malayalam language. If such a classifier is developed, Malayalam reviews
can be evaluated which will add more information to judge a service.
