Description

Water is becoming one of the important and limited resources available to us. Reuse and recycle is the best option to deal with water scarcity. Therefore an attempt is made to reuse waste water. Water is the basic necessity of life used for many purpose, so recycling water is necessary. Considering this in our mind we have established a waste water treatment plant in newly constructing govt. hospital Mattanur. The area of proposed site should be 17106 m2 . It is constructing as a specialty hospital including facilities such as operation theater, well equipped lab, dialysis center, canteen and also provide 250 bedded accommodation. The hospital generate an average 750 l of waste water per bed per day. These waste water contain various toxic chemical substances which is harmful to human health and environment. So it cannot discharge directly to the outside. Hence there must be a need of waste water treatment system. In our project we introduce MBBR treatment technology.
