BOOST (Beginners Optimal AI Strength Training) is a cutting-edge AI-powered fitness platform specifically designed to address the challenges faced by fitness beginners. This comprehensive system combines personalized workout plans, dietary
guidance, and real-time feedback to create an engaging and user-friendly experience. A core component of BOOST is its use of human pose estimation technology, which identifies key landmarks on the human body to monitor exercise performance. By capturing real-time data on body positioning and joint angles, BOOST provides users with corrective feedback during workouts, ensuring they maintain proper form and reduce the risk of injury.
